The following is a project that involved the construction of one  apartment from a future luxury apartment complex to be used as a sales showpiece to obtain pre-sells prior to the commencement of construction of the multi-million dollar project here in the Edmonton River Valley. The apartment was to be built as closely as possible to the real working drawings but built using modular construction techniques so they could move it and use it as a future residence elsewhere. This also involved constructing a unique roof and exterior to make it visually appealing from the outside.
