round-the-clock security to prevent any theft and/or vandalism.
This helps keep costs down compared to traditional site
building.
Our construction
facility consists of over 40,000 square feet of clear span
building space. It can accommodate over ten houses at one time.
Organization, a
clean working area and top-of-the-line equipment is essential to
cost-saving modular construction.
The initial floor
and wall framing begins at the beginning of the line.
Building inside the
plant keeps all stages of construction running quickly and
efficiently because everything you could possibly need is always
close at hand.

it outside after framing for completion. This results in a much
