ü      STANDARD pine casings and baseboards throughout -- No MDF!

ü      STANDARD higher 3 1/2" baseboards throughout entire home.

ü      STANDARD Engineered open web steel joist floor system that allows heating ducts and plumbing lines to be run through the joists rather than underneath thus allowing more headroom in basements.

ü      STANDARD thicker 21/32" OSB flooring GLUED & SCREWED to eliminate squeaky floors and to provide better sound insulation.

ü      STANDARD All floor, roof and wall materials are glued AND screwed, nailed or stapled to add that little extra bit of structural strength and rigidity to your home, because every little bit makes an enormous difference in the end product. (Even the drywall is glued and screwed !!!)

ü      STANDARD windows on all elevations are dual-paned, double-glazed, argon-filled, LOW E, low maintenance PVC windows with dual fin seal weather-stripping to provide excellent insulating values and energy efficiency throughout both summer and winter months.

ü      STANDARD exterior R-15 rated insulated steel entrance doors rather than traditional R-4 rated insulated steel doors.

ü      STANDARD sprayed-in polyurethane foam insulation with a minimum R-Value of R-25 in all main floor exterior walls (Upgradeable to over R-35) for increased energy efficiency, sound insulation and structural strength.

ü      Transportation and home set-up using the roll-on method is included within 100 miles of our Edmonton plant.
